[WELLNESS GOALS] At Spa Divine we believe wellness is about honouring yourself, slowing down, taking time out, improving your life, helping you (re)connect, and celebrating a healthy mind, body and soul. This is much of what wellness means to us and the reason we are passionately on a mission to redefine it. To New Beginnings! 2020 may not have turned out quite as expected. And many of us have found ourselves feeling very grateful for all the little things we may have ...once took for granted and now have come to appreciate so much. Such as those moments of slowing down and choosing self-care in the middle of the day/night. A little (or a lot) of mindfulness with deep breathing in our ‘home offices’, or simply spending more wholesome time at home and or with family. (Hence, I am feeling very blessed to have spent the past 6 days hunkered down with my sweet Grand-daughter's Amelia, who is 5, and her sister Laney, who is 2. And that my Father's health has taken a turn for the better after a recent unexpected seizure he endured). 2021 offers us hope and beautiful fresh starts. We have so much to look forward to!
