Here are 3 Easy Steps that can increase employee engagement during the holidays.... 1. Support a good cause over the holidays. Giving, is a great way to connect to the true spirit of the season. Research has proven that giving, instead of receiving, does wonders for mental health. Our research shows that being "true to my personal values at work" is a key driver of engagement. 2. End the Year with Appreciations & Celebrations. We often focus on what didn't work out or everything that’s still left to do.
