This is for those of you who are feeling bad, feeling guilty, feeling worthless because you are not finding the energy or motivation to be doing all those wonderfully creative and productive things that you hear others are doing while self-isolating at home. Please be gentle with yourself. We are each doing our best in our own individual situations. It's hard to avoid comparison, self-judgement and self-criticism, yet that is exactly what is required here. Be gentle with yourself.
