Getting ready to teach Reiki 1st degree today. What?! On a Tuesday, you say? Yes, I realized I can teach any day of the week now that I’m dedicating all my time to Sparks of Healing. Respond to the events of yesterday with love. Send love to humanity and the planet. So many have lost their way, they feel all power and choice is outside them. Breath. Deep breaths to bringing in more life, to calm the nervous system. I write this for me as well as you. Read something uplifting, listen to music, do art... something that helps to find peace and love within, to connect to love for one another. ... We must not let the darkness snuff out our light. I am the love I am the light I am the truth I am. Say it. Feel it. Know that we are more powerful than we seem as we are spiritual beings having this human experience. Bring up the vibration whatever way works for you and don't allow ourselves to fall into the shadows of those with lower agendas. Fear is the absence of love. Darkness is the absence of light. Lies create a disturbance in the heart. I am the love I am the light I am the truth I am. I am you. You are me. We are the love. We are the light. We are the truth. We are. Those who have lost their way have forgotten these truths. We must love them through it, back to the love, light and truth.

The heart knows. Yesterday when I facilitated Soul Dance in Meadow Lake, the Light of Orion had a message Our main goal here as spiritual beings having a human existence is to connect our heart energy to the earth. Rooting down into Mother Earth with our love, through our hearts, connecting up to the cosmos or father energy through our hearts to the Earth; Sending out our love from our heart center, that small still space in our hearts to all in existence, be they inanimate ...creations or living beings, that is our sole (soul) purpose. If that is the only thing you do in life is to ground more love through your heart onto the earth, then you have had a life well lived. It is said that every creation from a grain of sand to a human being comes here with the possibility of reaching their highest potential. The love and attention of a human heart can accelerate the probability of each creation obtaining that goal Send love. Thats our prime directive. Send LOVE .

Government fair or greedy? Choose economy or human life? High profile people who are not living in integrity are here to have us explore our own shadows. Own your stuff! There is no absolute right so what you seek cannot be found. Free will makes it impossible. Free will is the heartbeat of the pulse of life, and taking it away ruins the game. There would be no desire for spirit to be here if the work we do by way of our choices did not matter. Why play the game if the outcome is predetermined? There is no fun if the cards are always stacked against OR for you. You are fine. You are doing all you need to do. Your actions are born of love, not fear. Just be LOVE dear one. That is your prime directive
