Train with Spark 31.01.2021

Bulking phase to cutting phase. We managed to bring the strength up during the bulk and was able to maintain the strength while trimming down on the calories during the transition. It was originally suppose to be a bulking program but the temporary lock down messed up the program a bit but I guess it turned out for the better lol. Tricep overhead extensions 1. Rest the dumbbells on the bench as your starting point. 2. The angle of the elbows will vary depending on the length of the arm, I personally like it flared out a bit which prevents any elbow pain.... 3. With a firm grip, press your arms up but do not hyper extend them to protect the elbows. 4.
