It is very important to continue to flatten the curve and protect ourselves and our families against community transmission of COVID-19. In order to keep you and our Staff safe here’s a list of some of the new policies we have in place. We kindly request only clients scheduled for service or purchasing products enter the salon. Parents, drivers, dependents, friends and family are to be independently taken care of outside of the salon if possible. Caregivers are welcome to ass...ist entry however are asked to remain outside until collection. If you are sick or have any symptoms, please tell us in advance of your appointment so you can re-book. The safety of our clients and staff is our main priority and as a result, we want you to know, throughout our salon, and even before we even see you, we have safeguarded your health and confidence. Although we will have to do things a little differently with the new normal you can continue to expect a warm, friendly welcome and receive exceptional service from our Staff. Good news regarding reopening! We have already been working on a plan to re-open while we’ve been temporarily closed and will be ready as soon as we get the go ahead, hopefully after the long weekend... In the meantime please stay diligent in staying safe and we’ll update you soon on our safety procedures and how to book appointments.

We are missing everyone and hope you are all well! We are looking forward to the Premier’s announcement later today to get a picture of when we can see everyone again. Stay tuned for more updates!

We will confirm an opening date shortly as we await more information from the province that is expected to be announced tomorrow. We have put together a call back list starting with those who had their appointments canceled in order of date followed by recent requests also in order by date. We will start contacting everyone once the opening date is confirmed!
