INCOMING TRANSMISSION! Today we are launching our new transitional Craft Beer! (Available in 500ml bottles) Inter-Observer Interference 5.4 % ABV... Our newest SPCRFT beer, INTER-OBSERVER INTERFERENCE (or IOI), represents a great achievement for our brewery. This is our first blended beer, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! IOI is smooth, silky, and slow, with a subtle complexity delivering notes of blackberry and citrus. The blend of flavours and sensations depend as much on the craft beer lover’s palate and taste experience as it does on the blend of high quality ingredients used to create the beer. That positions the observer - i.e. YOU! - in a unique, emerging state with the beer itself. This beer is not seasonal - it is Transitional. It is not a beer for summer, fall, or winter, in any way, but it will help all make the transition from one state to the next. We consider the achievement of INTER-OBSERVER INTERFERENCE a celebration - worthy of our provincial pride. If you’re going to try a new Ontario Craft Beer this week, IOI should be among the top 10 recommended. This beer is real-real, finely crafted for those who desire the realization of authentic craft beer innovation. After your place your order we send your invoice, & then you pay effortlessly through etransfer! We always give you 5min heads up before driver arrives with your order! (Plus you get a song sent to you to enjoy while you wait!) Deliveries available daily until 11pm!
