Looking forward to presenting a workshop on The Art of Evaluation at the Toastmasters Speech Contest and Marketing Expo in Cambridge this Saturday!

Excited to be sharing an original ghost story I wrote! Join me on the bus travelling from Harmony Square to Mohawk Park for the Haunted Pavilion and Zombie Survival Run, a part of Scare in the Square! October 4 & 5 from 6-10 p.m.

The Brant Toastmasters Humour Contest last Saturday was a huge success! Toastmasters from all over Ontario came to enjoy dinner at Myra’s Bar & Grill and 8 contestants took place in the contest. Even Donald Trump was present...well sort of. :) Excited to share that Brant Toastmasters tied for two first place wins, Angela Alexander & myself. Second place was also a tie. Congratulations to Katharine Parsons (Niagara on the Lake Toastmasters) & Mikael Gatje (First Waterdown). Had a great time presenting a workshop at the Brantford/Brant Business Resource Centre for an amazing group of entrepreneurs. This two-hour Speak Technique workshop focused on confident speaking and how to sell your story! Thank you to the BRC for the opportunity to share presentation techniques to the group.
