Congratulations and best wishes to Holly Stevens as she retires from her position as Executive Director of SPEA. Saying goodbye is never easy, especially when someone such as Holly has been so instrumental and dedicated in the support and development of SPEA over the past many years. Over her time with SPEA, Holly was noted as a tireless and efficient worker who was relentless in her support of the SPEA Board, it's membership, and physical education. Her attention to detail a...nd doing things right were traits that everyone came to rely on. We wish Holly all the best in the future with good health and happiness. SPEA COVID-19 Statement Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 Given the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation in Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Physical Education Association (SPEA) a Professional Growth Network of the Saskatchewan Teacher’s Federation (STF) is suspending all in person meetings, workshops, and events until further notice and thus regretfully cancelling the 2020 SPEA Conference which was to be held in Saskatoon from May 6th to the 8th. Many variables were considered in mak...ing this difficult decision but ultimately the health and safety of everyone involved needs to be our main concern.
