Hello everyone, Any fees that were paid for bowling or travel to regional qualifiers will become a credit for athletes to use at registration time in September. We will post all updates on this page as they come from head office. Stay safe!

Attention all athletes All sports/programs are cancelled until May 30th. There will be no summer sport regional qualifiers this year. Head office will keep us updated on athlete selections which will happen in the Fall. Stay safe everyone!

SPECIAL OLYMPICS BC UPDATE In light of the latest guidance from provincial and national public health officials, and in order to limit any possible risk to members of our community Special Olympics BC has made the very difficult decision to pause all training programs, competitions, face to face meetings and activities until April 30 This means that now all Special Olympics BC Prince George sports programs will be cancelled until April 30, 2020 ... This will affect the following programs Swimming Rhythmic Gymnastics (all levels) Powerlifting Club Fit 5 & 10 pin bowling Soccer (This also includes all regional competitions) Athletes are encouraged to stay active. Go to the Special Olympics BC’s social media channels for upcoming resources, ideas, and for places to talk. Please continue to use the at-home training and health resources on the Special Olympics BC website, including the Move-It March challenge and more to come!

Special Olympics BC PG 07.10.2020

There has been questions in regards to the cancellation of the local Special Olympics Sports training programs and competitions until March 31. This decision was made for the safety and health for everyone involved. This means that the following programs are cancelled until March 31. Swimming, 5 & 10 pin bowling, Rhythmic Gymnastics ( all levels) Powerlifting ... Club fit Cross country skiing Floor hockey, basketball, curling and snowshoeing are finished for the season. As you can appreciate, things are changing quickly, and we will post changes on Facebook. We encourage athletes to stay active by doing activities at home. Thank you for your patience.
