As the winter term starts many students are wondering "What Happens Next?" Where will they go after high school? Should they take a gap year, or Should they go to #college or #university? . .... . These young minds are facing important decisions, at it can be overwhelming to think of. Every decision leads down a different road, so which route is this best? When I was graduating high school I knew what I wanted to study but there was still so much I wish I knew to truly prepare me for the journey ahead. . . . Life after high school is not just about deciding what and where to study. Its also learning how to manage your time, balance a budget, and even how to learn. My first mid-term of my first semester I opened my text book and said "how do I study." . . . This month we will be sharing tips to help students transition to success. 2020 was an adventure no one will forget. Through the highs and lows we learned some valuable life lessons. 1. Hug those we love a little bit more 2. A smile can go a long way 3. It is okay to take a break... 4. Hey, this can be done on zoom 5. Okay this cannot be done on zoom 6. Outside is actually fun 7. Not to take things or people for granted 8. It's the small things that count 9. This is easy to make 10. I can do this Take the lesson s of this year, and let them be a stepping stone for 2021. 365 days of new opportunities.
