KMP-Events Canada and Special Moment Wedding Service has joined together to provide our clients with package priceing for rentals for weddings, special occasions, private events and corporate events. We are open and taking bookings for weddings, private and corporate events. We do ask for deposits to book the rentals or services to confirm the dates. But we do not charge for a date change or to push the events forward to any dates due to convir-19. If u have to scale dow...n your wedding or event or have to cancel we will adjust the event or your special day by giving back a portion of what is not used due to u may have to have a smaller wedding. Or u may have to cancel due to venue issues or any issue that convir-19 has caused. We will refund our clients a full refund or we can do a open end date contract where dates to be announced or pushed forward to dates from now and moveing forward. We are booking for weddings and events for 2021 and 2022 and onward we book and hold any rentals or services for u no extra charge and the contract states full refund will be returned to our clients if cancellation had to be done or scaled down. Full or part refunds of unused rentals or services not needed of I have to have smaller weddings or events due to convir 19. We are also in compliance with all CDC and WHO and all other health and government regulations on social distancing, curb side delivery or pick ups. All rental products and disinfected each time they are rented and also the clients are also informed to disinfect products after use. Then we will again clean each rental piece as the rentals are retuned.
