Rotisserie chicken! Who else has an instant pot and never knows what to cook with it? I just tried cooking a 4lbs full chicken for the first time and hello YUMMY!!! Tender juicy and delicious! Sometimes I don’t feel like having your typical egg breakfast or cereal. So I usually go for a healthy smoothie with a piece a whole wheat toast. I usually put in some frozen fruit, banana, milk, plain Greek yogourt, and a good full scoop of vanilla protein. Sometimes I’ll add spinach to add some greens into my diet. Today I also added some mango lassi spice which gives a nice ginger turmeric taste What’s your favorite smoothie recipe?
