Introducing: SpinHouse Solo Rides While group fitness orders are in place, we will be offering our members the option to come in and get a good sweat, release that stress and get some ME time. These one hour blocks will operate like an open gym - we provide the bike and the weights and you bring your own personal device and headphones to jam out to while you ride. There will be no instructor, but we will give you some playlist recommendations if you want them! ... We will be following all of the same COVID procedures you are used to at the studio, temp checks, masks in communal areas and maintaining social distancing throughout the studio. To our people, our tribe, our community, our #spinsquad: We are saddened to announce a temporary closure of all our studios effective tomorrow, November 8th. The Office of Provincial Health has mandated that all fitness and recreation spaces close for two-weeks. We have been working diligently during this pandemic to keep our studios a safe space for indoor exercise, and will continue to do so as soon as we are able. We’ve gotten through this once before, and we know... with the support of our incredible community, we will again. We will be pausing all passes and memberships, and you will see an update on expiry dates right before we open our doors again for classes. We have just sent out a newsletter with more details, so keep an eye out in your inbox for that! Stay healthy, and stay safe team. We will be riding together again real soon See more

In an effort to continue to keep our entire #spinhousesquad safe, we have a couple of updates to our Community Safety Plan to share with you! 1. Masks will be mandatory everywhere at the studio, except while riding. Please keep your mask on until the studio door is closed to start class, and put it back on after your stretch. 2.
