We’ve always produced our own sparkling mineral water, but now we’re also making all of our own soda pops! Our cola, lemon-lime pop, gingerale, and root beer are all available on tap in the restaurant. We’re also excited to soon be releasing a line of seltzers as well! Stay tuned...

Have you tried any of our newest menu items yet? This Tofu Banh Mi is on of our favourites right now, made with carrots, cucumber, pickled daikon, cilantro, and chili aioli, all on our house baked Red Fife sourdough baguette. Try it with our ‘None of Your Business’ dry hopped Pilsner!

Did you know we now have handmade ice cream sandwiches available to go from our Provisions Store? It’s one of our favourite ways to cool down on a hot day. Our current flavour is a classic chocolate chip cookie with vanilla bean ice cream, but we’re open to new ideas! What type of ice cream sandwich would you like to see??

Due to our provincial government’s most recent public health order, we are adjusting our hours and will now close at 10pm daily. We will continue to open at 9am, and want to thank everyone for their understanding and continued support

This wild mushroom flatbread and tasting board have been some of our most popular patio snacks lately! And we’ve got plenty more farm to table eats to choose from, as well as plenty of craft beer, cider, spirits, and local B.C wines. Open from 9am until 11pm every day, with plenty of patio & indoor space, and Hoppy Hour specials from 3-5:30pm Monday through Friday.

While the pandemic has forced the cancellation of Victoria’s favourite foodie fundraiser #hungryhearts, Our Place has been cooking up a delicious and cheesy replacement. From Aug. 8 to Sept. 8, participating restaurants will add a specialty Mac & Cheese dish to their menu, and patrons will then be able to vote for their favourites through Our Place Society. The results will be announced during an Our Place Hungry Hearts Virtual Gala on Saturday September 12! So for the occasi...on we have a new menu item- Confit Pork Belly Mac & Cheese. This classic comfort dish is loaded with Berryman Farms pork belly, Natural Pastures Cheese Company aged farmhouse cheddar & Pacific pepper cheese, as well as nostrala from Kootenay Meadows. Our Place is an inner-city community centre serving Greater Victoria’s most vulnerable citizens, serving over 1,600 meals per day while providing hot showers, free clothing, counselling, and outreach services to those who need it.

We don’t just pour beer at Spinnakers- we also make a darn good cocktail! We have plenty of tasty drinks on our cocktail menu including non-alcoholic ones such as the ‘Nosey Rosy’ (pictured on the left) made with grapefruit, rosemary syrup, cucumber, and house sparkling mineral water. Our favourite summer cocktail right now the the ‘Stay Caliente’ jalapeño & mezcal margarita- best enjoyed on our sunny patio!

Ciders are back on tap and available in cans!! We now have our ‘House Dry’ apple cider, ‘Mac Attack’ MacIntosh apple cider, and our @lifecyclesproject ‘Backyard Blend’ apple cider all in tap in the pub. You can also find our ‘House Dry’ and Perry (pear cider) available in 355ml cans, ‘Mac Attack’ in tall cans, and ‘Backyard Blend’ in bombers at our Provisions Store, @spinnakerswestside, and @spinnakersjamesbay, and deliverable by @tuttidelivery.

New beer, available on tap only! ‘The Bees & the Berries’ honey and blackberry summer sour This sour summer ale was fermented with local honey from @peaceriverhoney and 100 pounds of B.C. blackberries! Plenty of dry honey and juicy berry flavours rounds off the tart dry finish of this beautiful bright pink beer.

It’s almost the weekend!! The sun is shining (mostly) and all of our patios are open we also have plenty of socially distanced space inside. Our Provisions Store is also fully stocked for all your takeout needs with snacks and offsales, including our own craft spirits. It’s a G&S kind of weekend for us, and we love making it with our Botanical Beach Gin and house sparkling O De Vie mineral water!

Check out this review of our Creme de Cassis! We love it in a classic Kir Royale, but if you’re looking to try this liqueur in a new way we also offer a Cassis Lemonade in the pub, made with fresh lemon, house sparkling O de Vie, and our own Breakwater Vodka and Creme de Cassis

Hull & Oats and Pew Pew Pew! are back in tall cans Available both at the Provisions Store, @spinnakersjamesbay, and @spinnakerswestside Our Hull & Oats is a big hazy IPA, with all of its creaminess from an addition of oats, you can also find it on tap at the pub. Our Pew Pew Pew! is a tart pale ale that is bright, tangy, and fresh, and will zap your taste buds with peachy and stonefruit goodness! If you’ve noticed that this Pew Pew Pew! can looks slightly different- that’s because it is! We’ve switched out the Mosaic and Simcoe hops for Azacca and Zythos in this brew. Try the new version in tall cans, and the original on draught in the pub!

Hey Victoria! For all you headed to the @victoriafilmfest Drive In Theatre event in Vic West at @bayview_place this weekend, we will be open for takeout and snacks! We have a full menu available so you can enjoy dinner with your movie. Our Provisions Store will also be open and we are fully stocked with snacks and offsales. While the Grease screening is sold out, there are still tickets left for Paddington on Friday night. Swing by for all your movie snacks before the show (we’re right across the street!)

Bitter is back!! Finally- our hand pulled, cask conditioned Mitchell’s Extra Special Bitter is pouring once again! The first pint went to Paul, but he kindly saved some for the rest of us.
