It’s been a busy month of transitions and adjustments and now that back to school routines are settling down it is time to get back in the studio for some new mediations and gatherings!! Events will be created soon but here are the October dates to mark on your calendar!! ... Wednesday October 14th- Clear the Way - Guided Meditation on releasing all the stuff that no longer serves your highest good! (Held in the yoga studio at Station 33). Repeat of August meditation for anyone who couldn’t make it! Wednesday October 28th- Journey with your Spirit Guides - Guided Meditation (yoga studio at Station 33). Thursday October 28- FIND YOUR TRIBE!! Co-hosted with Brittany London and held in the cafe at Station 33! Event will be posted soon! Limited space for each so pre-registration is necessary. Can’t wait to see you all again!!

You won’t believe the things that can find you when you are willing to give yourself the alone time for them to reach you!

Yesterday I gave myself a few hours of complete alone time away from any distractions, even leaving my puppy who is my usual hiking buddy at home because I needed a safe place with zero distractions and no need to care or tend to anyone else. Because I was so brave to follow my inner knowing and listened to what my body required I was able to have some major breakthroughs, powerful messages found me, and I was able to give my body everything I needed at this particular time. ...One of the very best things I’ve ever taught myself in life is how to be happy and have fun all on my own. I not only received some of my most powerful messages yet, I had fun, I exchanged energy with the trees, I felt my body integrate to new levels and I played with a light and joyful heart every step of the way. In a world where you have to be everything for everyone else all the time, please please please don’t forget to invest in yourself along the way! You deserve it! Happy Sunday everyone! See more

How do clearing statements differ from positive affirmations?

I was away camping this weekend with some girlfriends and a few of our kiddos. One of my favourite things to do is take pictures of fire and spot the treasures that show up for us. The first one was perfect for us because we happen to be places in the fox cabin. It was confirmation we were exactly where were supposed to be. The rest are just a few of the cool finds later in the night! What do you see in the flames?

Baby animals are swarming me over the past week... and I am certainly not complaining! Each one came with a message for me and was quite persistent I not only see them but really jump in and exchange energy with them. While each of these little critters had a unique message for me, I feel called to share them with you all. One thing I couldn’t shake was the fact that they were all new babes, no mother or siblings in sight and still held a powerful energy of strength, confid...ence and love. I tapped into the why if this asking my guides to help me uncover the significance of them all being baby animals. What was shown to me was each brought forward a clue to an area in my early childhood that had imprinted on me so deeply that I’m still holding ties to that emotional imprint. Each animal was stepping forward to show me an area I had missed in my own healing process and an area I am now ready to bring to the surface and release! How cool is that right!!? Take a moment and look at each picture. Take a breath and ask each one do you have a message I need to hear? Pay attention to how your body reacts when you ask. For me aside from just the pulling forward or standing firm when truth testing, I also will get a full body shiver starting in my chest and rippling out through the rest of my body. This more than anything let’s me know that I am in the right field of energy and ready for receiving. Post which animal you got in the comments below and I will share their messages tomorrow. These babies have come forward to show you a piece of your past you had forgotten to heal and are now ready to let that go and create more space to grow!!

Hey beautiful souls! I am finally finished my training and certification in Akashic Records! Throughout this process I have learned a lot about myself, the relationships I have and the types of patterns, loops and control dramas I have been recycling in this life and throughout many of my past lives as well. I am little by little tracing back these loops and removing the cords from my Akashic Records that keeps them running. I am clearing contracts with myself, my limiting b...eliefs and with people in my life so that I no longer have those emotional triggers and feelings of stagnancy in certain areas of my life. My work on myself is far from done but it’s a daily commitment to notice them, trace them and clear them so I can truly rise up into the individual my soul dreamed for me to be when I came into this human body. My plan over the next couple months is to start opening my schedule up to take on clients for individual sessions where we can begin to dive in to the Akashic records, explore some of the past life patterns and loops that you are continuing to cycle into this current life, remove the cords and contracts that are no longer your highest good and get to know who you truly are at a soul level. Before I take on new clients for sessions however I’m looking for two volunteers to sign up for an individual 60min free trial session with me on Akashic Record Healing. This will give me an idea of what style works best for me and my individual skill set and help me to find a format that allows my energy to really connect with yours. I’m looking for people who are feeling stuck in a particular area of life, who are open and willing to really get in there to trace the source of what it is that’s holding them back, and are truly ready to remove those cords/contracts.
