Forgiveness is so important to our health. All the angst we hold towards others eats away at our health and our very life force. Realize each and everyone of us does the best with what we know. We are all at our own stage of development and consciousness. When in a situation where it is hard to show forgiveness, I tell my self they are operating from where their consciousness is at in the moment. Forgive or bless and release at the least. Pray that Jesus shows his loving way on how to be in peace with ourselves and others.

Although I exercise regularly now, it wasn't always that way. To start I shifted my mindset that it didn't have to be all or nothing. If you've got a crazy day ahead of you and you can't make it to the gym for 1+ hours then do something, do anything! Climb a flight of stairs, take 5 min to do push-ups and/or sit-ups. If you are only several blocks away then walk there. It is easier then we think to get into action. The great thing for me is that it grew into a priority. Our health is one of our greatest resources. Without it where would we be?
