Re-opening protocol Hello Split Endz Clients!! We are so exited to be opening this Friday, June 12! ... As we’ve mentioned in past posts, your stylist will be in touch to book your appt. Some of us that use online booking have temporarily suspended that option until we have caught up with our cancelled appts from the beginning of this Pandemic. Please be patient with us, due to the many guidelines we have to follow, we are only allowed to do one client at a time so our available appt times are cut by half. We ask that you DO NOT book an appointment if you are feeling ill, are running a fever, have a cough, cold, or flu like symptoms, have been out of the province within the last 14 days, or have been in contact with someone who is, or may be sick. Each client that books an appointment MUST be on time. We ask that no one show up early, and definitely, do not be late. Because of the need to keep interaction between people to a minimum, and the sanitation that is required between clients...we all need to respect the time slot that has been booked specifically for you. All clients and staff are required to wear a face mask. If you do not have a face mask we will have some available for purchase. We don't want anyone to be "speaking moistly" on each other Although gloves are not required , we will be providing hand sanitizer, and ask that you use it upon entering the shop. You will also have a screening form to fill out so we have a record for contact tracing. If your child is in need of a haircut, we ask that only one parent accompany them. To help reduce the risk of spreading the virus. If you are a spouse /caregiver bringing a loved one for an appt, , we kindly ask you to wait in your car and we will notify you when your loved one is ready as we are not allowed to have a waiting area at this time. Because of the highly contagious nature of covid 19...beard trims, and all facial waxing will not be permitted at this time Due to the cost extra protocols and timing constraints there will be a price increase across the board. Hello Clients! As you may have heard, the Ford government is giving Hair Salons and Barbershops the green light to open this Friday! That being said, please stay tuned for more information as to what our new operating procedures will be. We have many guidelines we have to make sure we can fulfill before we reopen. Hello Split Endz family, clients , friends!! This morning the Ford government announced that Emergency measures for non essential businesses are to stay in place until June 9th now. This does not mean we are opening on the 9th. We will have to wait for Premier Ford to make that call! We all miss you soooo much! Everyone at Split Endz is taking extra steps to improve our already high standards of hygiene, to protect ourselves but most importantly our clients, during this Coronavirus outbreak. Throughout and at the end of each day we disinfect door handles, stations, basins, the card machine also in between clients we disinfect our tools. Hand sanitizers are present on stations, in reception area, the washroom and the staff room. We strongly urge any clients who have travelled out of ...the country or showing signs of the virus to reschedule your appointments. We are not being rude but simply asking you to be extra careful. Your well-being is very important to us We will be open this coming week of the 16th with monitoring everyday. If changes need to be made we will keep you posted. If you have appointments booked and would like to reschedule them please contact your stylist or the salon and we will respectively do this for you.
