Job Description: Sports 4 is looking to hire one Client Support Associate for our location at 149 Bank Street. The role will entail, but is not limited to, the following duties/responsibilities: - Learning and applying footwear knowledge and fitting principles including, but not limited to, basic footwear components, categorical differences, and basic lower limb anatomy - Applying a solution focused service and sales approach, ensuring that clients are cared for to the best of our knowledge and abilities - Applying knowledge of footwear and anatomy in the interpretation of medical professional notes and feature requests - Use product knowledge in conjunction with client service skills to provide each of our clients with an exceptional in-store experience - Process client transactions through the in-store point of sale system and payment terminal - General workplace maintenance duties Requirements (including, but not limited to): - Client or customer service experience (minimum of 1 year of unbroken experience required) - Strong communication skills in the English language is required, however bilingual applicants are preferred - Must be able to work independently, and as part of a team - Problem solving skills and experience are considered an asset - Background in Health Sciences or Kinesiology is considered an asset - Work experience in sporting goods or athletics is considered an asset
