By now, most of us know the number 1 safety and prevention tip to stop the spread of the Corona virus is to wash our hands with soap and water frequently. As the Corona virus continues to evolve, we don’t want to create panic or add to fear, we do want to help spread the value keeping our homes and work spaces as clean as possible. Our service is paying extra attention to wiping door handles, faucets, handrails, etc. as a precaution for our customers. Here are a few hand...y tips to reduce the spread harmful bacteria... Being proactive in cleaning your home/work spaces and practicing good hygiene may help to reduce the spread of Corona virus and other bugs common at this time of year. Cleaning once a week may not be enough, we recommend once per day, especially in highly used areas. EFFECTIVE GERM REMOVAL: Use soap and water or a multipurpose cleaner will remove most dirt and germs from surfaces. Use diluted alcohol or bleach (made from at least 70% alcohol or bleach) to disinfect afterwards to effectively kill any remaining germs. It is important to leave the disinfectant solution on the surface for a minimum of 5 minutes to allow for the disinfection to occur. Remember to dry the surfaces you clean as dampness can lead to germs surviving and multiplying. Note: We always suggest to be conscious about the responsibility of being eco-friendly, however, we also suggest using disposal cleaning aids (eg. paper towel, etc.) during this vulnerable time. If you opt to use reusable cleaning aids (eg. cloths, brushes, etc.) they should be washed immediately in soap and water with a temperature of at least 60C to kill germs and harmful bacteria.
