Had a great Service Moment tonight: Pulled up to the Lynn Valley Pet Food and Supplies (in the DQ Plaza) at 7:20PM to get doggie treats. Darn, it was closed as of 7PM!! All of a sudden a kind man was waving at me thru the window of my truck asking if I was wanting something from the store. He unlocked the store, turned the lights on and directed me to the doggie treat aisle. I picked up what I came for, paid for them and was on my way in 3 mins. Gotta love service like that!! Thank you so much!

I know I haven't been on here for a while. I've had my head down and working hard at getting the business going. Spot On is going strong thanks to all those who have been supporting us (Staff, clients and most of all - my family).

We have been doing some work lately for Senior Citizens - thanks Laurie McLean (Handy Grandaughter). What a joy to be able to connect with these people who are so wise and full of life. We are thrilled to be helping them out any way we can.

The Apple Festival is on at the UBC Botanical Gardens this weekend. 77 different varieties to try. 11-4 Sat/Sun. Yummy!

Decided that aspects of my life need to be "simplified"! How much Tupperware does one family need anyway? It's almost like a cleanse when you go through your cupboards and get rid of all the things you never use.
