Decatur is a sweet and loving 8-year old Miniature Australian Shepard if you're in her pack, it's for life! She is very well trained, extremely food motivated, and is sometimes referred to as the "fun police" when barking at high energy dogs Over the past two years and hundred walks, Decatur has walked more than 400km’s, that’s 4-full days worth of hours, and she has met 19 different Spot dog walkers this is one super easy going pup

| WALKER OF THE MONTH - TRACI | - We had a client reach out mid-afternoon, panicking as she thought she may have left her dog outside when she left for work that morning. It was in the -30's and her dog is small . She has a regular walker (Traci) who she reached out to frantically asking if Traci was able to pop over and check on the dog. Traci was on the opposite side of the city, was not formally booked for a walk through Spot and raced over to the house to check on the... pup! Fortunately, the pup was safe and warm inside! Traci did not hesitate and never asked the customer for compensation. She was concerned for the well being of the pup and dropped everything to make sure the dog was OK! Philanthropic work and giving back to our communities is deeply rooted in Spot's DNA. We are passionate about the welfare of dogs and all other animals, which is why we align ourselves with local animal welfare organizations. These organizations, such as rescues and shelters, are 100% funded by donations and run by volunteers. There are tens of thousands of animals in need of medical care, rescue / re-homing, rehabilitation, etc. each year and without donations and tireless e...fforts of volunteers, we would not see these loving animals thrive. This cause of ensuring the well being of animals is something that is near and dear to our hearts. Whether we make a monetary donation or volunteer for an event, it is our mission to help make a difference. In 2019, we organized a fun event in Calgary and Toronto - pups and pizza - which helped raise awareness for animal adoption. We partnered with AARCS (Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society) in Calgary and Toronto Humane Society in Toronto. We have also made various donations to these organizations as well as Calgary Humane Society and Pawsitive Match. As our business grows, we look forward to partnering with other organizations in communities all across the country!
