Springdale Fire Rescue congratulates Kyle T. Tuck on receiving the Reginald R. Normore Memorial Scholarship. Kyle is the son of Trevor and Colette Tuck and the grandson of Honourary Firefighter Harvey Tuck. Kyle was a student of Indian River High and is currently completing his first semester in Bachelor of Kinesiology degree program at Memorial University
