Lioness members have spent countless hours this year and created painted rocks to decorate the Memorial Park. These painted rocks are meant to be decorations to REMAIN IN THE PARK. They are not part of the #springfieldrocks movement where you take and hide them elsewhere for someone else. (Quite frankly some members had never heard of this!) We would appreciate any rocks that have been borrowed to be returned ... no questions asked - so they can be enjoyed by all again next year! Thanks so much!!
FYI Springfielders ... YES, the Lioness are organizing the Memorial Park decorations as per usual. We totally forgot to send out the letters. Will post a notice around the Village. Check with Lioness Kelly on set up and PLEASE no decorations up until AFTER November 11th. ... With many thanks to everyone for your ongoing support!!!!!!
