Who else is already dreaming about shredding it up this season?! If you have a desk job/do a lot of sitting, now would be the time to start balancing out your muscle groups before you jump on the slope... whyyyy???... Skiing is a very quadriceps focused sport. People who sit for long periods of time typically have tight hip flexors and quads, and overstretched/weak glutes and hamstrings.
