The sub alpine flowers are on a rampage, and fresh divots in the trailside dirt signal that at least one family of grizzlies is foraging on mother nature's sala...d bar along the way to Diana Lake. Denise and Rob Hamilton joined us partway, and when we reached Diana Lake Lodge & Teahouse, were welcomed by Amanda who served up her tasty homemade cookies and skookum coffee. The Lodge has reopened for the summer, and invites casual drop-ins for lunch and snacks, and are taking reservations for catered and semi catered overnighters @dianalakelodge

Ballet in the Valley. Looking for response into some social distancing exercise. I have completed teacher training for ballet barre which is a full body workout... using ballet technique accompanied by upbeat up to date music. There is no experience necessary. I am planning to hold classes in front of the stage 10:00 am Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays weather permitting. All you would need is a mat or towel, water shoes because they are flexible or runners, water and bug spray. So let me know if anyone is interested in getting rid of that COVID weight. See more
