Mayor Paterson, in consultation with KFL&A Public Health Medical Officer of Health Dr. Kieran Moore and Kingston Police, has issued a new emergency order to dis...courage congregating and loitering downtown and more effectively address the risk of COVID-19. The order restricts groups to be no larger than 10 people in these specific areas. It also requires face coverings to be worn inside all enclosed common spaces in multi-unit residential buildings.
