The Blue Spruce Award program brings recently published Canadian children's picture books to children ages 4 to 7 in kindergarten through to grade two.

Great news! North Branch will be reopening on Wednesday November 18th. Please note: The Library will be continuing with its increased its cleaning protocols. Everyone entering the library will be required to wear a mask.... In-library programming is still suspended, however virtual programming for all ages will continue to be made available to library users through the Library’s website and social media. Only 20 patrons will be allowed inside the North Branch at any time. Services that are not available at this time include: Room Rentals, Copying/Scanning/Faxing services, Visiting Library Service, Daily Periodicals/Newspapers, Educational Toys in the Children’s areas, Study Area Space, Self-service Public Access Catalogues, Water Fountains, 3D printing, and VHS-DVD Conversion.
