May the 4th be with you! Today our class turned into a bunch of Yodas with our big ears!

What a beautiful spring sight we found in our yard this week. 4 bright blue eggs waiting for their time to hatch as our students wait patiently. We have learned to stay away from the nest to give momma Robin some peace and allow the eggs and babies to be safe. The students have so many questions we are excited to try and answer through our learning over the next little while.

Education Week begins tomorrow.

Ms. Kathleen and Ms. Jackson's class is counting down the days until summer with a fun and exciting reading activity each day! Let's read our way into summer together!

Good afternoon Kindergarten Families, We hope everyone has had a wonderful week so far. iPads were scheduled for hand out last week. If you have yet to pick up your child's iPad or contact their teacher, please make arrangements to do by Friday, November 6th at 3:30pm. It is important to ensure that each child has the tools needed to begin online learning. All past due work packages should also be returned to your child's teacher in order to assist teachers in documenting student learning for upcoming progress reports. Hello everyone! Kindergarten graduation is tomorrow. We are very excited to see all the students and to celebrate their moving on to grade 1. We ask that families arrive during their time slot, and pull their vehicles up to the front of the building where we will be set up with everything for graduation. If you're unsure of your time slot, leave a comment on this post and we will let you know as soon as possible.... We look forward to seeing everyone!

Good morning Kindergarten 2020/2021 and Families! The Early Years team is very excited to start the year and meet and get to know you and your families over the next year. Teachers have been making phone calls to their parents this week to share information regarding remote learning, device use, and to invite our students to a Welcome to Kindergarten event. Time slots are still available for Wednesday, September 16th, 2020 from 11:00-2:40. Please contact your child's teacher ...for more information. This event will allow incoming families to complete registration forms, pick up a backpack and supplies, meet their teacher, and receive a learning bin. Returning students will be given the opportunity to meet their teachers, receive a learning bin, backpack and supplies. We are so looking forward to seeing you all! As always we are here to support yourselves and your student. If you have any questions or concerns we would be happy to help in anyway.

Hello everyone! Kindergarten grad is fast approaching. The time slots for families has been completed, and I want to thank everyone who sent along their preferences for timings. I have texted the timings to all parents. If you haven't received a message, leave a comment so I can reply and sort it out. The graduation will be Friday, September 11th, from 11 - 12:15. Families are asked to pull their vehicle up to the school during their time slot, wait in their vehicle and pull forward as the family in front of your car moves forward, like a drive through.
