Hi Everyone , As everyone knows , the number of COVID cases in Niagara unfortunately continues to grow. So we just wanted to remind everyone to social distance inside and outside of the club , wear your face masks , and maintain social distancing inside the club by staying in your designated square as much as possible. Also , please continue to message us if you have to cancel any appointments. We really appreciate that , as we always have a waiting list for each session. ... TBT when the SCBC hosted the St Catharines Cup.It was an honour to have in attendance former World Champion Milton McCrory and Colin Jones of Wales who challenged Milton twice for the title.Hopefully we can host another one of these events.

We have 2 of St Catharines school teachers putting in the hard work at the SCBC,hope to get them in the ring next year.Lisa Ann-Marie Jenn White

We have classes for males and females 10 years of age and up.Come try a workout in a clean,safe,friendly environment.

The couple that trains together stays together.Dennis and Stephanie are at the club 3 to 4 times a week and push each other to train harder.Come try a workout with your better half.

Boxing isn’t just for guys anymore here’s 10 year old Lily punching the heavy bag.Girls come try a class at the SCBC!

Before and after pictures of SCBC member Riley Willis who started the club at over 230lbs and got down to 170lbs.In his first bout he got stopped but he came back to the club kept training and won the Brampton Cup.Then boxed on the SCBC home show he won his bout and also won best boxer of the night.Keep up the great work Riley.

It’s been over 4 months since we had sparring at the club.Glad to get back at it with cousins Charlie Ryan,Chris and James Hughes with coaches Johnson and Bruce Greenlaw supervising.

Boxing Club will be closed Monday August 3rd for the Civic Holiday.

As many members are aware the city of St Catharines has adapted a mandatory face mask bylaw as of Friday July 17th.SCBC members will be required to wear a face mask while entering the boxing club and exiting the boxing club,but can remove the face mask while training we will have masks for anyone that needs one.

Every Tuesday starting June 30th 7.30pm-8.30pm The Insanity Burn returns when Eric Cote starts a new coed boxercise/cardio class.Space is limited reserve your spot now.

Our female boxercise classes are back every Monday and Thursday 7.30pm to 8.30pm.We have a new look but you’ll still get a great workout.

Today we were suppose to host the 14th annual Niagara Legends Boxing Show but due to the Virus we had to postpone it to a later date.
