This week will be our final New Product for 2021 post until the New Year (when we can finally start sharing new equipment as brands like Taylormade and Mizuno make public launches of their new clubs). It may be the last post of 2020 but it’s a good one! It’s been 5 or 6 years but FJ is returning to our shops for the 2021 season! We are excited to be carrying the FJ Pro SL (Available in Black/Lime and Grey/White/Blue) and the FJ Flex XP (Available in Grey and in Navy) men’s golf shoes! Both these shoes come with waterproof warranties! The Pro SL is listed at Golf Town for $229 and the FJ Flex XP for $169.......you know the drill by now on our prices! We are excited to have FJ and Titleist back in the shop this year with these shoes, some cart bags and some awesome headwear! As always, we can order in any of their clubs, other shoe styles, shoe sizes we may not have in stock, balls etc etc.......just ask! (FYI, shoes from Adidas and Puma will be highlighted in the New Year with men’s and women’s styles ordered in both brands)

This week’s exciting new product was inevitable. Partners want to wear matching outfits for tournaments and we were able to supply the socks, pants, shirts, sho...es, hats etc with the exception of the most important piece of clothing, the underwear. That is until now. From now on, it’s probably safe to assume if you see me and my partners wearing matching outfits, our boxers will probably be matching too. Mixed tournaments are TBD until I chat with Pearl. Let us introduce you to 2UNDR. Yes, the Rickie Fowler brand. 2UNDR has come out with incredible quality men’s performance underwear available in a wide variety of colors, patterns and lengths. They are also making awesome Long Johns which are very popular with hockey players. We will be brining in individual pairs (yes those taco boxers below are coming) and 2 packs. We also have a ton of awesome hats with some very unique patterns coming in. Suggested retail for these are $35 for individual pairs and $55 for the 2 packs (our prices are Hush, remember sometimes we aren’t allowed to advertise our prices if they aren’t what the company wants us to retail them for, message us for our prices). These make great stocking stuffers and we can get these in just in time for Christmas if you let us know in the next few days! Just a few of my favorites are below: -There patented Joey Pouch for improved support and comfort -No Drip Tip which promotes a dry environment. This week’s exciting new product is the original speed cart, the Sun Mountain Speed Cart GX! Sun Mountain was the pioneer in developing 3 wheeled carts and I ca...n still remember 20 years ago working club storage at the Moncton Golf and Country Club cursing these things when they first hit the market because everyone had them and we had to take the bags off and store them separately. Needless to say, folding them up is as easy as 2 simple steps.........not so much back then! These beauties will be retailing for about $279 (won’t know the exact price until we get the freight invoice in the spring but should be around $279, which by the way is wayyyy cheaper than anywhere else). These carts are available in the following 8 colors: Magnetic Gray-Red Steel-Yellow Big Sky Blue-White Bahama-Steel Cement-Inferno Silver Black White-Black We currently have 1 of each on order for an April arrival. Feel free to call dibs on a color! If there is enough demand for a certain color we can always add more to the order! Don’t forget to get signed up for Saturday’s............or maybe Sunday’s 4 person stableford! The scheduled day is Saturday but I’ll make a final call tomorrow... evening. The weather doesn’t look great for Saturday at the moment so if need be, Sunday will be the rain date. Again, I’ll make the executive decision tomorrow evening to give everyone lots of notice! Points are awarded for bogeys, pars, birdies and eagles. Handicaps are in use so an 18 handicap would receive a shot a hole so a 5 would become a 4. This is a great event for Men, Women and Seniors. Cost is just $20 per person and includes a bowl of piping hot soup after the round! There will also be an optional $5 rang game! Registration will be set up outside (cash only please) and we ask that only those who rented carts (all currently booked) or need to purchase something or use the washroom, go inside. Remember that masks are mandatory when inside the clubhouse! Following the round, we will serve the soup outside and have some chairs scattered around. Results will be tallied quickly so we can get everyone on their way as quick as possible. 10am shotgun start! All remaining clothing is now 40% off. We still have a good selection available. We have a few pairs of ladies New Balance shoes left and we are blowing those out for just $99.95.
