A reminder: Robert Ellsberg, editor of Orbis Books, will be speaking on the topic "Dorothy Day: A Saint for Today" on Friday, Nov. 19, at 7:30 pm. Robert has published widely on Dorothy Day and has recently edited a volume containing excerpts from Day's diaries.

A lecture reminder: Prof. Shaun Casey, author of the book The Making of a Catholic President: Kennedy v. Nixon, 1960, will be speaking on JFK's contested role in US politics Friday, Nov. 12, at 7:30 pm. Prof. Casey was Barack Obama's senior advisor on religion and the Obama campaign's evangelical coordinator.
