Tomorrow is Fat Thursday(Tlusty Czwartek).... A warm up for Paczki Tuesday for Canadians. For many polish people, it is the last day before Lent. So come by and celebrate with us. We will be well stocked with Plum, Raspberry, and Custard Paczki!

Since February, we have been producing some great Sourdough! This all came about as part of a partnership with 270 Bench Kitchen in Grimsby. As their business grew, they needed us to produce their amazing sourdoughs to keep up with demand. The results have been a hit for both of us! Their amazing sourdoughs and some of our own area HUGE success for our customers. We are happy to produce the blank canvas breads that 270 Bench Kitchen turn into sandwich art!
