No pictures yet from the wedding. But a few pictures from before the service. I spent one year in seminary here as a placement student and loved the two stain...ed glass windows I posted. St. Mark's is joining with two other area Lutheran communities in the fall to create Trillium Lutheran. I will miss St. Mark's even as the best of it lives on @ 22 Willow See more

Helped to tell the Christmas Story last evening. St. Mark's Lutheran and Calvary United fed a great festive meal to over 160 folks. It is our hope that in illus...trating the true meaning of Christmas to our less fortunate friends by filling their bellies with good food, we have in some way brightened their Christmas Season. Thank you to the 20+ volunteers who helped to make it happen. See more

A statement on the future of St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kitchener: A story published in Friday’s Waterloo Region Record indicated that the St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church congregation has decided to amalgamate with two other congregations, and that the church building will be sold. However, at this point, that information is not correct.... No decisions on the future of the congregation or property have been made. For the past two years, a team of parishioners has been exploring options for the congregation’s future. Any actions regarding amalgamation or the church property will be decided by congregation members at a future date. We regret that information conveyed to The Record’s reporter was inaccurate.
