Our students and staff observed National Orange Shirt Day with messages of hope & reconciliation, and educational activities & videos that honoured this very important day.

Our 6-9 ball tournament is well underway! Finals coming up shortly! We are loving the beautiful weather and the great sportsmanship.

An election for School Board Trustees will occur on October 21, 2021. In the new Education Act (2019), Boards are asked to review and are permitted to keep / m...ake changes to Trustee Ward boundaries but must do so by December 31. The Ward Review Ad-Hoc committee is seeking your input into the existing Trust Ward structure and determining if the Wards are adequate or could use an adjustment. LA 6 has had a series of Guest speakers in to teach them the four reading strategies! Last weeks guest were, Quentin the Questioner and Sammy the Sumorizer! The students worked in partners to create higher level questions and challenged Sammy to sumorizing matches! So much fun! #engagedlearners
