Due to Covid-19, we could not have a full Cemetery Service this year. However the Green Bay Council felt it would still be fitting to have a small service to respect and honour our brothers and sisters who have gone before us. On September 27, 2020 Pastor Daren shared a few words during his sermon and at the cemetery. We sincerely trust everyone understands these are challenging times and we had to keep attendance to a minimum. We hope to return to our traditional celebration of our Cemetery Service next year. God Bless!

We had hoped to have another Fish Fry Service with our friends from God's River this year, but due to Covid this had to be postponed. Here is the sermon that Pastor Marcel shared with us last year. It's a 17 minute watch. He shares some Cree music as well. Enjoy! We hope to continue the tradition of having our friends from God's River join us in worship again next year!

Information regarding Green Bay’s annual Cemetery Day Service: Green Bay council was hoping to postpone the Cemetery Day service, but due to the continuing concerns regarding COVID-19, they have decided to cancel this special service this year. Hopefully we will able to have this service again next year.... Stay safe!

Once again, I'm a little late in posting but here is Pastor Daren's mid week message. Enjoy! June 24, 2020 Final Mid-Week Message... Well, all good things must come to an end. Our new protocols are no exception. I am grateful for having to try new technologies and approaches to keep our communities connected and spiritually fed during these times. There have been many lessons learned and presented during these times. The most profound one I relearned was, where there is a will, the Spirit will show the way. That provided myself and those I shared it with a lot of hope. The greatest observation I watched was the Holy Spirit. It was the one who worked the most and hardest in the church in the past three months. I watched the Spirit inspire pastors, councils and lay people. This was mostly in new and creative ways. There is much to be grateful and thankful for as we emerge back into the world. I am very grateful and thankful for the councils we have in Green Bay and Thalberg. They are great examples of leadership inspired and moved by the Holy Spirit. We truly are blessed. Lana, Susan, Tamara, Darrin and Tamara have also been great blessings to me and my ministry to you. A very heartfelt thank you to all of you. As we continue to move forward remain hopeful and keep the faith. They are the two things that saw us through the dark days of Covid 19. Our next challenge is dealing with fear and not letting it overcome us at this time. This is a time of discernment. To weed out the misinformation from the truth. God gave us a brain and common sense to be used along with our faith in order to inform our decisions. Use them both with great caution. Humans should come with warning labels. Please pray for sun on Sunday. How ironic and appropriate? God Bless and we will see you on Sunday, Pastor D
