Do you look around and see that the world is a mess? Are there things about your life that you'd love to change? Do you long for something more or better? Good! You should! The world we live in (and the lives we lead in it) is riddled with and corrupted by sin. It's broken. ... But the good news is that you aren't broken. In fact, you're protected by a very special shield. And that shield has a very special promise for you: Heaven is your home! Heaven is amazing! There won't be any tears. There won't be any fears. There won't be any regrets. There will only be God's favour and honour and love as Jesus shines his smiling face on you for time without end. And who gets to go there? Not the best of the best. But those God calls "blessed." And Psalm 84 tells us who those people are: "the ones who trust in God." That's you! On Thursday Premiere Kenney announced new restrictions to help curb the rise of this "second wave" of positive COVID-19 cases. Among them were some specific regulations for places of worship. We are happy to report that because of the precautions and protocols that we've put in place these past several months, we are already abiding by the newest regulations and will continue to worship on site, in person as we have since the beginning of August. As a reminder:... Self evaluate before you come. If you are feeling under the weather, please stay home and watch online. As per our city bylaw, face coverings are mandatory inside. We have spaced our seats out to accommodate social distancing and ask that you only sit with your family. We have several hand sanitizing stations throughout the building and invite you to use them as you enter and exit. We are happy that we can continue to worship on site and in person and invite you to join us at 10:00am every Sunday.
