Good morning! As you are most likely aware, Grande Prairie has now enacted the Mandatory Mask by-law. As Lifemark has had mandatory masks since reopening, nothing really changes regarding your appointments. Please remember to wear a mask when entering the building. When you enter the clinic, you will be asked to wash your hands, like before, but then you will be given a clean, clinic mask from the lovely ladies at the front desk, as per Lifemark policy. Good evening everyone. Well, it appears that I jinxed myself with last week’s post. My son came down with a stuffy nose on Saturday which means he must stay home from school until he is symptom free. I’m hoping to be back in the office by the end of the week but there are no guarantees. At the moment, if you have an appointment Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday your appointment, unfortunately, will have to be rescheduled. I’ll be taking it day by day after that unless told otherwise by my son’s school. I’m really sorry if your appointment is affected by this but the rules are there to keep us all safe and healthy. Good morning on this rainy Monday. I just want to update you on my hours, they are nearly back to normal! I now have 4 appointments available Monday to Friday, 9:00, 10:30, 1:30 and 3:00. I’m booking about 2 weeks in advanced so if you are wanting to schedule yourself in for a massage and have a particular day and time in mind, don’t wait (you can private message me here or call Lifemark at 780-532-7077). Also, as we continue to navigate life with COVID-19, I just wanted to ...give everyone a reminder that I do have a school aged child. I’m generally a pretty optimistic person but with cases rising in GP and with the first case already popped up in one of the schools, I know it’s just a matter of time before more schools, including my son’s school, have positive cases. With that in mind, please know that if I have to cancel at the last minute it is for a good reason. Good morning! I hope you are enjoying Heritage Day and the long weekend. Just a reminder, the office is closed today but will be back to normal (COVID-19) hours Tuesday morning. I'd also like to remind everyone that if you are not able to make your appointment please call the clinic at 780-532-7077 to let me know as soon as possible. I have limited hours for the remainder of the summer and if you are unable to make your appointment for any reason please let me know, chances are I can offer that appointment to someone on the waiting list.
