Our staff has been working hard to prepare for a safe re-opening. As we await the arrival of our new PPE, we are busy implementing the new guidelines set out by the provincial government and our regulatory bodies. You should have all received an email outlining a few of the changes you are to expect when returning to our office. We have been given very strict guidelines to follow, and ask for your understanding and cooperation as we all work together to get used to this ne...w normal. We will be contacting you and scheduling appointments based on our new limited schedule and procedures. Please refrain from calling the office to set up appointments, unless you have a true emergency. (This does not include a broken bracket or lost appliance.) We have been mandated by the New Brunswick Dental Society to schedule any backlog of emergency appointments prior to resuming non-emergency care. If you have an appointment scheduled in the next few weeks, we may need to change that appointment and will contact you accordingly. We will be opening with a modified schedule based on the type of procedures we are able to perform, and with a limited staff, as our hygienists are still unable to return until their new operational procedures have been finalized. Thank you for your continued support and patience. We are looking forward to seeing you all again!
The health and safety of our patients and staff is our utmost priority!! The Province of New Brunswick confirmed yesterday that dental clinics may open. This does not mean that we will be back to normal operations on Monday. Before we can open our doors to non-emergency care, we must comply with the guidelines set forth by the New Brunswick Dental Society. Our staff will be returning to work next week to begin implementation of the new guidelines and to contact our patients... to schedule appointments. We plan to begin seeing non-emergency patients late next week or early the following week. Please note that all appointments will be in our Rothesay location for the foreseeable future. In the name of safety, you can expect some minor differences in our operational procedures once we return. Delays will happen, but the same wonderful team will be here to care for you. We do ask for your patience as we all work together and adjust to this new normal. Stay tuned for further information via email and Facebook! We can’t wait to see all your smiling faces again!
