I can't lie, I choked back tears today, as I hung a sign up on the front window of my Brokerage to notify clients that we've implemented a "Work from Home" policy in an effort to do our part to help the community we serve. That was a TOUGH decision. I'm not one of those people who dreads going to work, I love going to the office everyday. The people I work with at my Brokerage ar...e like my work family. I look forward to talking with them and seeing them everyday. I guess it's normal that as a REALTOR, I'm naturally a pretty social creature. Working from home is not my thing. (For the record, I’m not one to cry easily either ) Of course, I'm still available and accessible to clients by phone and video conference. We're doing absolutely everything we can to adjust to this new normal - but, the uncertainty of not knowing what lies ahead as a small business owner is scary.
