Everyone who shows up to our Reel Monday movie nights is supporting STARFest > St. Albert Readers Festival. This year, the Friends donated $6,000 to STARFest from our Reel Monday ticket sales! Remember that there are still a bunch of virtual author talks coming up between now and October 28 - all streaming live on YouTube. A very special thank you to Valerie Spink, who has completed her term as President of the Friends of the Library! Valerie first joined the Friends Board in 1992 as the Library Board liaison. Over these past 28 years, she has volunteered with the Friends in many capacities, most recently as our President. Valerie is a passionate, effective St. Albert Public Library supporter and one of the longest-serving Library volunteers. Each attendee must be registered in advance through our new online registration form. Entry is by-donation for those who choose to donate. COVID safety protocols will be in place.
