Continuous Improvement Team #4 met last week as part of our Goal Zero journey. The team, which consisted of members of concrete, projects, underground, trucking, paving, shop and HR spent 4 days developing a new tailgate meeting process to aid company leaders in effective delivery of tailgates. Safety Week Day 4. Focus on the Lifesaving Icons for Excavations, Confined Spaces and Lifting. Large group discussion with underground, utility and base/prep crews on our 88th St project.

Safety week day 3. Lifesaving Icons discussed included Line of Fire and Impairment. Paving crew at 130th and Underground crew in Savanah.

Safety Week Day 2. Discussion on the Lifesaving Icons for Competency, Health Hazards and Energy Isolation with underground, concrete and base/prep crews at the Airport Trail Interchange project.

Safety week 2020. Each day this week, crews will be having safety meetings regarding our Lifesaving Icons. Management will be in the field visible and engaged to discuss the daily Icons with crews and what it means to Live Goal Zero.
