When growers LST their plants, the general idea is to gently pull branches away from the middle of the plant so that the plant looks like a star when viewed from above. This helps expose the lower branches to more light, while also keeping plants short. Many growers cut or pinch off the tops their plants before starting LST work. This is not necessary but can be helpful. The reason for pinching off the tops is it breaks the apical dominance of the cannabis plant, splitting th...e main cola, and providing a more symmetrical base of the plant for training. Don't use string or anything sharp to tie down plants for LST! Anything sharp can cut into your plants as they grow bigger, which you don't want. Open wounds are not good for cannabis growth. Tip #2 avoid storing the meter probe dry Tip #3 avoid whipping the glass probe or touching it Tip #4 replace ph probe once a year. Tip #5 calibrattion settings : 6.86 to 4.03 is okay still you will see a frux in reading for the pH only by 0.01 to 0.02 nothing to panic about. its almost impossible to get 100% reading with ions and a basic modal. probes needto be replaced once a year any way so useing a basic modal will still save you cash in the long run.

Over-Watering Problem: After watering, your plants start drooping. Usually the droopy leaves will feel firm and appear curled down (the whole leaf will be curled, not just the tips, which is often a sign of nitrogen toxicity). With overwatered cannabis plants, you may also notice Chlorosis (leaf yellowing that is similar to a nitrogen deficiency). Overwatered cannabis plants are droopy with leaves that curl down. As a result of overwatering, leaves often turn yellow or show o...ther signs of nutrient deficiencies (especially when it comes to younger plants and seedlings!) Overwatering does not always mean youve been giving the plant too much water. It can also mean that youve been giving the plant water too often, or growing plants in a growing medium that holds onto water without enough air, or doesnt have good drainage out the bottom. How Often Do I Water My Cannabis Plants? Cannabis plants use their roots to get oxygen, almost like theyre breathing. Oxygen is dissolved in water, and theres also air pockets in their grow medium to provide a source of oxygen. When you water your plants too often, the roots end up sitting in stagnant water. The reason your plants droop is because basically their roots are starving for oxygen. This sick marijuana seedling has several symptoms including droopiness and leaves with brown spots that appear to be a nutrient deficiency. Surprisingly, the true cause of both problems actually is the thick, wet, muddy soil. The main sign of a cannabis plant being overwatered are the droopy leaves, though other symptoms often appear around the same time! Overwatered Marijuana Plants Drooping / Curling is the first sign of overwaterd marijuana plants Plants start drooping soon after watering Leaves are firm and curled down all the way from the stem to the leaf Will eventually lead to leaf yellowing and other signs of nutrient problems if not corrected The drooping cannabis plant below did not have drainage holes (water could not drain out the bottom of the pot). So this is what happened today, we had a mix up on our system then we started to ship the old way, then as dave was helping out he saw one customer was 10 min away from his house. weekend days off nothing really busy to do, why not go see our 9752 customers in person, since we had planned to do a tour of all Ontario this is a good start. this is me dave in my car from my house in Kitchener Ontario driving to see our 9752 customers after 5 months. on our ph kit.... literally 40 min after his order I was there knocking at the door, I saw him watering the garden in the back as the music was cracked and I thought it was a party, I saw a person walk by the door and I knocked once again, to get a weird look and I said "hey did you order ph up down from amazon"? " yes my grandson did the man replied" as I could smell the fresh scent of cannabis in the air i walked to the back yard to meet the customer in person.. we talked and he thought this was crazy," his words" gave then some major tips top growing and how to use this the right way since they got many male plants in last grows, and he said his ph was always a big issue and this was his 2nd order now of our products and price was just right as well as the info. spent about 30 min there and I had to run and stop the most uncomfortable feeling I'm sure they had with the owner of the brand show up at the there door to hand deliver to them..
