Hello families, Our Playschool Board and Staff have been working hard over the last 6 months to make sure that returning to school will be safe and fun for all existing and new families. In these uncertain times, we understand the need to follow the guidelines set out by Public Health and the Ministry of Education and, as such, there will be new protocols resulting in some changes to existing procedures when we re-open.... Currently, we have set Tuesday September 8th, 2020 as our target date for re-opening and will be offering the same programs with no changes to 2019-2020 fees. While we have been notified that effective September 1, 2020, Childcare Centres no longer need to maintain cohorts, the School will endeavour to maintain cohorted groups as much as possible within our capacity limits. Attached, you will find 3 Co-Vid related documents, a Parent Agreement, Handbook and Child Screening Questionnaire. The important highlights are as follows: 1) Arrival and departure will exclusively take place at the rear parking lot entrance of the Church. 2) All Staff are required to wear a mask, children are not required to wear masks. 3) Children and Staff will be screened daily. No parent or guardian will be permitted beyond the Screening station. 4) Parents are asked to take their child’s temperature and complete the screening questionnaire by placing a call to the school each day prior to arrival. 5) The Supervisor will take the child’s temperature upon arrival. If a child has a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius or more, they will not be allowed to enter school that day. Public Health requires that the child isolate at home for 14 days or provide a negative Co-Vid test and be symptom free for 48 hours in order to return to school. 6) Any child that exhibits any Co-Vid symptoms will be removed from their group and the parent will be called to pick up the child immediately. We ask that you take some time to fully read the documents attached. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out. Our School is committed to keeping our students, staff and volunteers safe. We look forward to your co-operation in following the new protocols and guidelines to help us achieve that goal.

The rules are simple: if you purchase toys between November 6-17th and bring the receipt to us, we will receive a portion of the sales. Please help this little not for profit provide quality care for the little ones. Edit: Dates added.

September is right around the corner and that means the start of another school year! While our school operates on a September to June schedule, we do have year round ongoing enrollment and flexible part time schedules, either Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Wednesday/Friday. You can enrol your child whenever your child is ready and gradually transition them to life with other kids.

Being in a co-op playschool means you can directly influence your child's experience. You can choose how you contribute, depending on your availability and what you're good at, but here is our new music program delivered by one of the parents!

We are one of the few playschools in the area. What's a playschool? A playschool operates with the philosophy that children children can learn a lot through playing and games, and a playschool provides children with the space to understand the world around them through play -- to explore, experiment, discover, and create. We're playing with BUBBLES!
Registration is now open for the 2018/2019 school year! Visit our website http://standrewscoop.pcpctoronto.org or contact our school directly for more info or to schedule a tour. Enroll early and save. Prices go up September 1st.
