Nice little bathroom upgrade for this customer. New tub, vanity and tiled tub surround. You never know what you will find behind the walls. In this one we found no insulation in the walls and a nice big bee hive in the end wall (no signs of past water damage which rarely happens). We couldnt have that so we re-insulated the walls and installed new vapour barrier. As you can tell we will never install tile around a tub or shower without installing @schlutersystemsna waterproofing. Along with that we redid all the plumbing, installed a ceiling fan and gave it a fresh coat of paint. #bathroom #bath #tubsurround #tile #vanity #tub #fan #remodel

Finally got the floors sanded and stained at our Millidgeville project. John did a great job matching the colour to the bedroom. Greg and I got the mantle installed on the fireplace and the shoe trim so now were just waiting for the final paint touch ups by @rogeyd #kitchen #reno #floors #floorssanded #stained #duraseal #durasealstains #mantle #mantlematches

The entryway to a dining room can definitely be expanded, but nothing will make a difference like taking it out completely! A reno that we completed last month is a true testament to how much light can be thrown, after removing a wall of a typical split entry home built in the 90s! #ouruglysplitentry

How do you feel about the newest trend in finishes? Champagne Bronze is pairing amazing with all the grey and white tones we are seeing more and more of. This kitchen we recently finished, featuring a Delta faucet in Champagne Bronze, pairs great with a whimsical glass and bronze sconce above the sink!

If you dont want to go with white cabinets in your next reno, maybe youde consider a two tone grey option? Stay tuned for more photos of this beautiful kitchen renovation that was done using both Benjamin Moore Stonington Grey and Platinum Grey. It was all topped off with brushed brass finishes that ties in so well with all the fresh modern hues we are loving these days!

Sometimes a job is just that, a job. This one really stood out for us though. The perks of this project, had to do with the customer. All decisions were made quickly, communication was always outstanding, and if this customer needed something attended to, they told us right away so that we could take care of it. It also helped that this sweet couple, had amazing style to finish this project off right. ...
