Clinic Update Please note that we remain open and are booking patients, both virtually and in clinic. To book an appointment you must call in and a doctor will first have a telephone appointment with you. If your doctor needs to see you, you will promptly be booked in for a clinic appointment. ... If we are open for business, why are our doors locked? This is a safety precaution to protect our patients and our staff. We need to limit the number of patients in the clinic at one time and ensure the rules of social distancing are in place. We need to monitor the health of patients as they come in and redirect patients as required. What does this mean to you, our patient? 1. This means that we need you arrive on time for your appointment or we will ask that you wait outside the doors until the doctor is ready to see you. 2. You will have to answer a questionnaire to ensure that you have no symptoms of Covid-19. 3. You are required to sanitize your hands and put on a mask when entering the clinic. Please be patient with our staff. This is our new reality for now and we will do our absolute best to keep us all safe.
