BOXSPINLIFT While we run live classes almost every day, subscribers also have access to the STARBOXER #videoondemand library of classes, available anytime and updated frequently, in the event they can’t make a class when it runs live. Here’s our current weekly class schedule: ... Monday - 12pm Main Event, boxing, all levels Tuesday - 9am Undercard, boxing, beginner Tuesday - 12pm Spin, all levels Wednesday - 12pm Lift, Strength Training all levels Thursday- 12pm Main Event, boxing, all levels Friday - 12pm Box Lift, boxing & strength, all levels Class times may vary, but plenty of notice will be given.
All of our classes are re-formulated each week to compliment one another, giving you the best results and helping you avoid training plateaus. Every Monday we focus on learning new techniques or perfecting ones that we recently learned. These are then practiced throughout the week to hone our skill set. Having solid boxing technique allows you to train harder, making you stronger, faster & fitter!
We’re a week and a half in with @starboxer_ and so far it’s been wonderful! I want to give a particularly BIG thank you to my long time friend @fildestefano , owner of @spartanimpressions. He worked tirelessly these past three weeks helping me pull this all together. Fil designed our website which I am extremely proud of. If you need web design, printed materials, graphic design or digital solutions he is simply the best in the biz and absolutely lovely to work with. THANK YOU for everything Fil!
Box Lift is a hybrid class that mixes strength training with boxing combos in between to keep the burn going for the entire 45 minutes. This class will transform not only your body but your mind as well, watch your strength and your confidence grow. Equipment needed: dumbbells or household items to substitute- we can make pretty much anything work! All levels welcome. Check out the BOX LIFT class every Friday at 12pm. Work out at your own convenience. If you can’t make the LIVE class, as a subscriber you have access to our #videoondemand
