Story time. Bottom pic is a healed result of my work back when I was starting with Lip Blush, she was one of my model. Before she came in to her appointment I made her aware that I was a newbie in Lips tattooing. She’s very understanding and expected nothing high. After the lockdown I went back to business again and I touched base with her to offer if I can fix her Lips because I already knew that my work wasn’t great. ... I can can tell what all went wrong from the initial procedure. Color used was far from what she requested, my outline wasn’t smooth, pigment saturation wasn’t even and she swelled up because my technique wasn’t correct. These are all newbies mistakes, I made all these mistakes and I learned from them. After pic is her second appointment. I made sure that we carefully pick the color of her choice so we played around with colors then I ended up customizing her desired color. I made sure I nailed the pre-draw ( I got super excited to start that I forgot to take a pic of her pre-draw) so that I can run my needles smoothly for a perfect outfit of her lips. As for the saturation, this part is what makes the lip tattooing takes longer to be sure that the right depth of the needle going into the skin with the pigment and repeating this until colors are evenly saturated. Technique is everything to achieve great result & to avoid excessive swelling right after the procedure. And here it is! The outcome of our Lip Blush collab yesterday with @mzdiazzzz We chose Nude color as her desired color! Similar to the shade she wear daily as she wanted a very natural flush of color on her lips on a daily basis without having to re-apply her lipstick.

See how cool her natural lips are? Thank goodness for lip color corrector we were able to cancel out her cool toned lips. On her next appointment we will be doing her desired lip color!
