Soooooo - this is what happens when you are just watching an online horse auction and your husband decides to be funny.... Guess Dave bought himself a horse . Meet ‘Violet’ she will be joining us in a few days. Guess I needed a winter covid distancing project. She was sold as a ‘Dun’ but there is no visible Dun factor. Her sire is an Eeaa (classic)champagne and her dam is (from pedigree) an EeAa Grey (Gg) mare. Still trying to decide if she’s just an amber champagne or if she’s a greying gold Champagne. Not a bad pedigree on her. She will be offered for sale (since we are supposed to be cutting back). Genetic color tests will be done. Then again I might just keep her too
