Pregnancy massage tutorial just in time for Mother's day I am massaging over the clothes, but it will be a lot easier, and feel better, to massage skin to skin with lotion to help glide over the tissue. Things to remember:... Mama's: communicate with your partner how the massage is feeling. If the pressure is too hard/light or the area they are massaging is not feeling good let them know. Direct them to the areas that are sore or where the massaging feels the best Partner's: remember to check in on how the massage is feeling for the mama. When you move to a new area ask if the pressure is ok and if you are on a spot that feels good. Communication is KEY!
